This package contains service plugins for ACME CSE.

In contrast to the modules in the acme.services package, the plugins in this package can be disabled by the user.

Module	`ActionManager`	This module implements an action manager service functionality for the CSE.
Module	`AnnouncementManager`	This module defines the manager for handling announcements.
Module	`GroupManager`	This module implements the group service manager functionality.
Module	`LocationManager`	This module implements location service and helper functions.
